We also analyse usage and estimate growth to ensure that your hardware can accommodate your expansion. With growth, some of your requirements may also change. Minor upgrades and streamlining of the software are covered by a support contract. Larger changes can usually be easily accommodated and are quoted for separately.
We will provide both telephone and email support for your staff, responding to questions or providing help in using the system. We can also run training sessions if required.
