The way we work
Key to the success of any project is the way we work together. We pride ourselves on communicating clearly so that all parties have a clear understanding of the process and outcomes. Whether the technologies used are for website design, software development or a multimedia project, our approach is the same:
• We will have a detailed discussion with you at the start of the project to discuss your
requirements. From this we draft a requirements document and check we have reflected your specifications and the product features accurately. The revision of this becomes our agreed specification for you to sign off.
• We will fully cost all work competitively prior to starting on the project. This ensures that there are no hidden costs and you always know how much you are paying. If you request changes that will impact on the price, you will be informed before these are carried out.
• We draw up a project plan and timeline. As we commence work on the project, we keep you regularly updated so that you can ensure the project is on track.
• With a website, you will always have access to the site as it’s being worked on to allow you to monitor progress. After any required changes have been made, the site can be put on-line. We load test your server to ensure that it will handle the traffic that you expect and pay strict attention to security to ensure that fraud is minimised.
• On custom software projects, we will install the software on your machines so that the features can be tested. Once any bugs have been ironed out, we can then update your copies of the software.

We are proficient in Internet technologies including HTML, DHTML, CSS, XHTML, XSL and XML. We provide user-friendly shopping environments for both shoppers and administrators. We are also well versed in client side technologies like Javascript and server side technologies like ASP, PHP and Perl.
We are proficient in programming languages including C,C++, Java and VB, and also in database technologies like Microsoft Access, Microsoft Visual Basic, Visual Foxpro, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL.
We also work extensively with a range of operating systems including Microsoft DOS, Microsoft Windows(3.x,9x,Me,NT,2000,XP,2003),Mac OS, Linux and Unix.
